Raleigh, NC 10th African American Annual Festival 2019
By Me. - September 05, 2019
I'm really starting to love what Raleigh, NC have to offer despite my recent blog I wrote about living in Raleigh. Maybe I spoke too soon. The weekend events lately have been amazing and seeing everyone come together and support each culture is really nice to see. This was my first time attending the Raleigh 10th Annual African-American Festival, and I absolutely enjoyed every moment of it. I attended both Saturday and Sunday.
I was so busy and entertained that I didn't get much pictures or video; I know shame on me, especially since I am getting into Blogging. But I did get somethings. It was tons of stands with nice art, clothes, history items, etc for sale that I absolutely loved. I only ended up purchasing some handmade Shea Butter soap for $3.00 each and oh do I wish I would've purchased more. I love this soap.
This soap is activated black charcoal with eucalyptus in it. I've been using it for my face and when I say this stuff is legit, it's legit. The lady I purchased it from was very nice and if anyone is interested definitely check out her store at puresheastore.com
When I returned Sunday with my father we watched a little bit of Gospel performances and it was really moving. I'm not sure what this group is called, but these young men were amazing. We will be back next year, and definitely back with more money.
